We are delighted to present our tile design selection for T-Rob Construction’s new Rooming House. Our design features two distinct styles—Urban Design and Coastal Design—for the bathrooms.

For the Urban Design, we paired a contemporary tile selection with a warm, timber-tone vanity and brass tapware. The walls are finished with Katong Silk Black tiles (450x450mm), complemented by Kasa Stone Matt floor tiles (450x450mm).

For the Coastal Design, we selected tiles that harmonize with a timber ash-tone vanity and brass tapware. Both the walls and floors are enhanced by Kasa Stone Hybrid tiles (450x450mm), evoking a serene coastal ambiance.

In the common areas, we aimed for an inviting atmosphere with Calacatta Gold marble tile (600x1200mm) in the kitchen.

A transformation that beautifully blends style and practicality.
