A big thanks to Jerry Kovarik at Jerry and the tile makers for the generous donation of tiles to our club (Townsville District Bowhunters), enabling us to complete our repairs to the ablutions block in time for our 39th annual invitation shoot. Thanks mate, your a champion.

Very disappointed in Jerry's tiles. After ordering a 90 meter order  of tiles, we found on opening them after purchase and careful delivery that a good 8% were broken, 2 boxes completely broken and a very big difference in tile sizes

Dear Customer,
thank you for your blog comment. Our Policy is to replace all unvisible broken tiles in Packaging after returning them to our store. Size variation is inherent in kiln fired products with the Australian Standard 7% variation is acceptable. Please contact us immediatelly with more details.

Thank you  Jerry and the Tilemakers Team

Why are no sizes listed in product descriptions? How is it possible to buy tiles when you have no idea what size they are? Stupid.

Dear Valued Customer,
I don't understand your comment. If you find any product/tile and click on details you are able to see all variants, finishes, sizes etc. Please try.
Kind regards
your Jerry and the Tilemakers team

To the management and staff of Jerry and the Tilemakers we would like to express our thanks for the very professional job you did in installing new tiles
to our "Dalgety Unit" in Townsville.
Sadly, many tradesmen are uncaring and inconsiderate of their clients and provide poor workmanship.
However we were delighted with the finished job and the way in which it was done...We would highly recommend your business to anyone...
Muchous thanks,
David and Valerie

Hello, what waterproofing membrane is compatible with marble glue, and which marble glue do you recommend for bathroom floor and bath hob tops?  I suppose that's a circular question but I don't know how to get around it. Please help?  Thanks.

Dear Valued Customer,
please contact our shops as per Contact us details to discuss the best option for you.
Thank you

My ensuite is sheeted with Laminex White Aquapanel.  Is it possible to tile over the aquapanel and not have to remove it and re-sheet?  If so, what preparation do i need to do and what adhesive should i use?

Hi there,
you don't have to remove the existing Laminex White Aquapanel, just it has to be re-sheeted with cement sheeting (4-6 mm). Then you will use primer - waterproofing - cement based glue (mastic) to install tiles. For more information please call one of our shop.

Thank you
David
